Announcing the 46th annual San Francisco Decorator Showcase at 2935 Pacific Avenue! This elegant 9,400 sq. ft. Pacific Heights home features a stunning 2,150 sq. ft. rooftop deck with breathtaking city and bay views.
2025 Decorator Showcase House: April 26 - May 26, 2025
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday: 10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. (last entry);
Friday: 10:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. (last entry);
Sunday and Memorial Day: 11:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. (last entry);
CLOSED MONDAYS (except Memorial Day)
*Note: Last entry is the latest someone can enter the house and still have one hour to tour before we close.

Our Beneficiary
Since 1977, the San Francisco Decorator Showcase has raised over $19 million to benefit the San Francisco University High School financial aid program. Help give deserving Bay Area students access to a world-class college preparatory education.
UHS is committed to building a community that reflects and embraces the great diversity of the San Francisco Bay Area. This year the UHS Financial Aid program is providing over $4.4 million in grants to 21% of the student body, with average grants covering 73% of tuition. Proceeds from the Decorator Showcase have afforded hundreds of deserving and talented Bay Area students access to a world-class college preparatory education.
